A form of the 'Japanese Painted Fern'. One of our most popular ferns, with striking silvery grey fronds combined with the wine red mid-rib and young foliage deep burgundy. It's easy to grow in dappled shade in any soil that doesn't dry out. Suitable for growing in the ground or in a patio pot. From Japan and East Asia.
