Riverside Local Delivery

Riverside offers a local delivery (Bristol UK only) for customers wishing to reduce car usage and for people without a car in our Riverside van – perfect for getting large or heavy items home. Update 03/04/2026 - Due to rising costs, we have reviewed our service and made the following adjustments:

 

Minimum Spend of £50 for a standard fee of £15 to most Bristol addresses (further afield: see below). Free delivery for orders over £150 (Band 1 only).

The reduced fee for OAPs remains £5.

Deliveries are made from Wednesday to Friday and every other weekend. You can book in your delivery at the tills when paying for your goods.

Don’t forget…Riverside is well-served by public transport. The m2 Metrobus route runs nearby (Cumberland Basin stop). The number 24 bus (Frayne Road stop) is a five minute walk away on North Street/Ashton Road. If coming from Long Ashton or further afield, catch an appropriate X route bus and alight at Bower Ashton stop which is a pleasant ten minute walk to Riverside through Greville Smyth Park or along Festival Way.

• Deliveries are made to the front of the property, unless you have rear access which can be easily reached by our van
• While we do our best to assist disabled and elderly customers, please do not ask the driver to carry goods through or round the house
