Thank you for your interest in working at Riverside Garden Centre. When we need to recruit staff – including those in our Shop and Café - we generally advertise them on our website, social media and via posters in our shop. Please note that because we are open seven days a week, all our staff work on a rota basis which involves alternative weekends.

Outside Plants Team, Seasonal Position

Duties Include:

Providing excellent customer care and gardening advice
Maintaining and arranging displays of goods and plants
Processing deliveries

Applicants will need to demonstrate sound horticultural knowledge. An RHS Level 2 qualification and experience of working with plants/retail will be considered an advantage

Seasonal – March to September 2026

Fortnightly rota – 4 days a week equivalent (to include weekend work)
