Also known as Bush Basil, this is a small leaved variety that will make a very dense bush. It has the classic flavour, perhaps a little sweeter than usual, so use it as normal in salads and mediterranean dishes, pizzas etc. It dislikes the cold and wet, so give it a sunny sheltered spot or grow it in a pot on a sunny windowsil.
